Deepika Padukone is the best. Reason? Her latest photo dump on Instagram. To be more precise, it’s a “polaroid photo dump”. Don’t know about you but we have fallen in love with her beauty and charm all over again. The pictures will take you through her time in Dubai for The Time100 Impact Award. The opening slide has two pictures featuring Deepika and team working on her look for the night. On swiping left, we get to see the all-glam avatar of Deepika. She is looking drop-dead gorgeous in a shimmery saree. We also go a glimpse of the trophy that was presented to Deepika for her contribution to cinema and spreading awareness about mental health. She has also shared some inside pictures from the gala event. And, we are loving it.
For the caption, Deepika Padukone didn’t think much and simply wrote. “A Polaroid Photodump…” Well, it’s not just us. Even the fans couldn’t keep calm. They have flooded the comments section with fire, red hearts and red heart eye emojis.
The Time100 Impact Award took place on March 28. And, this was Deepika Padukone’s second appearance there. Deepika has also shared some pictures on the D-day and wrote, “Pretty decent start to a Monday morning I would think…” She also added a white heart emoji to the caption.
Deepika Padukone was joined by her husband, actor Ranveer Singh for the award evening at the Museum of the Future, Dubai.
Deepika Padukone, at The Time100 Impact Award, said she wants to “live a life as honestly and authentically as possible.” She also spoke about the time when she was suffering from depression. “I had such a deep experience with mental illness. Not talking about it felt dishonest,” she was quoted as saying.
Deepika Padukone has a number of projects in her kitty. She will be next seen in Pathaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Just a reminder, Deepika made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om. Deepika is also part of Fighter. The film stars Hrithik Roshan. Apart from these, Deepika will share the screen space with Prabhas in Project K. Amitabh Bachchan is also part of the film.
