The band’s recent visit to the United States, where they met President Joe Biden on Wednesday, surprised the fans. But they have been even more astonished by the now-viral photos of them spending time with their fellow artists.

The photo of the Pop Group’s dinner were posted by J-Hope on his Instagram account, as BTS wrapped up their trip to the US. The photo showed the artists dining at RPM Italian in Washington DC. RM is seen sitting next to the Coldplay singer.

As soon as the video appeared on Instagram, the fans couldn’t resist themselves from posting photos on social media.

“Yeah, that’s definitely Chris Martin from Coldplay. but  joon is looking cutie,” a Twitter user said in the caption of her post.

During their meeting with Mr Biden, where BTS members talked about rise in anti-Asian hate crimes in the US, BTS’ floppy-haired, stylish members were praised by the White House as “young ambassadors who spread a message of positivity and hope across the world”.

A video from their meeting was posted on the official Twitter handle of the US President (called POTUS). “It was great to meet with you, @bts_bighit. Thanks for all you’re doing to raise awareness around the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes and discrimination. I look forward to sharing more of our conversation soon,” the caption of the post read.

The members of the band, who are all in their twenties and frequently wear earrings and lipstick, have given a voice to a generation that is comfortable with gender diversity.

Despite doing fewer performances during the epidemic, they are credited with earning billions for the South Korean economy, and their label has seen a rise in revenues.
